Committee Meeting on Annexation House Bill 3821
Your right to vote on annexation will soon be debated at the Texas legislature. Please join us at the State Capitol for a committee hearing on Tuesday, April 16th, @ 8:00 a.m., in Room E2.012 of the Capitol Extension.
Register at the door for HB 3821! Parking Garage for the Capitol is at 12th and Trinity. The Capitol Extension is underground on the back (north) side of the Capitol. You may enter any door and take the elevators or stairs down.
While the HB 3821 is 11th on the agenda we have been told the order can change, so please expect to wait and be patient – we do not know how long it will take at this time. We need as many people who can attend to come and support HB 3821. Please sign up as favoring the bill even if you do not plan to testify. HB 3821 is meant to give everyone the right to VOTE – whether you are for or against annexation.
